In this role, Dr. Talisa Jackson-Nguyen works with staff, leadership, and partners to develop and implement projects aligned with the organization’s goal to examine workforce credentialing issues and needs.
Dr. Jackson-Nguyen is a recognized leader of cross-functional teams, noted for her skills in communicating topics to diverse audiences. During her most recent role as a learning program manager at Capital One, she developed and led delivery of virtual competency
training for more than 1,500 engineering and cyber employees, and co-founded and supported a diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership forum. She also designed and implemented a collaborative curriculum map for program managers.
Dr. Jackson-Nguyen obtained her Ph.D. in Science Education from George Mason University, and holds a M.Ed. in Reading Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a B.S. in Elementary Education from East Carolina University.
